My products are CLP compliant. The CLP is the label on the packaging. Safety Data Sheets are available upon request.
These wax melts are 100% handmade and therefore natural imperfections in appearance may occur such as frosting. This will not affect the scent in any way.
I highly recommend storing your melts in an airtight container or kept in the original packaging as this will preserve the scents.
Please make sure each scent is packaged separately as once you mix scents the CLP label is no longer valid/correct.
Standard shipping is available, but DSB SCENTS do not take responsibility for damage in transit or late orders. I will use Royal Mail for shipping.
If you receive your product and there is an issue with it, please contact me straight away. You will have 7 days from the date you received your purchase to report the issue. Items can be returned to me at the customer’s expense. I cannot be held responsible for product breakages which have occurred whilst being shipped due to being out of my control.
